• Identify and visualize production data
• Explore IIoT technologies and processes
• Apply advanced sensors and data applications for better insights in your operations
• Analyze production data to move from reactive to predictive decision making

• Recognize, develop and use digital twins for optimization, monitoring and processes and to predict behavior of a physical system

Participants can choose to complete the online Introduction to Smart Manufacturing Essentials (Module 1), or complete all four modules for in-depth understanding and certification.

This course will be offered in an instructor-led format to allow for live interaction. Focus areas will include Data Collection and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Data Analytics and Predictive Modeling for Production Data, Simulation and Digital Twins, and Process and Manufacturing Systems Optimization. A demonstration manufacturing process will be explored along with discussions relating to specific participant challenges and opportunities. Designed for individuals with practical and applied experience in traditional and digital manufacturing, and who are looking to enhance their technology acumen in the advancement of digital manufacturing to help their organizations in the area of growth and competitiveness.
